I can't believe it, I was watching the highlights, and after a foul on a lay-up, Tech's Deron Washington kicks Melchionni in the face while they are both on the ground behind the basket.


Wow, I guess the entire Virginia Tech sports program has no class. You would have thought the basketball players would have learned from Marcus Vick.

me being as huge of a duke fan as i am, i couldnt believe what i saw...at first it kind of looked unintentional, but then they slowed the clip down, and it was clear that his foot was stopped in the air, and when he was bringing his leg back down, he clearly accelerated into his face...

i was outraged..the whole VT program just gets me fired up..

but how often does this stuff happen. go back to 03 we had reynolds. then go back to 02 when whilhelm stepped on people all the time. this stuff happens all the time at all levels.

I agree with you that Vick's was way, way worse, but you gotta appreciate the irony.

Im a tarheel fan, but that still pissed me off seeing Lee getting kicked in the face. Very cool move by him for not retaliating, thats a helluva job, 99% of the other players in CB wouldve gotten up and whooped his ass.
