Carolina Panthers wide receiver and former Buckeye Corey “Philly” Brown was a restricted free agent heading into the offseason, but the team decided not to place a tender on the wideout and let him navigate free agency. Brown ended up striking a new deal with the Buffalo Bills — joining other Ohio State products, Cardale Jones and Adolphus Washington.
