The Buckeyes hold on to their top spot in the poll for yet another week this season.

The Ohio State Buckeyes remained the top team in the latest Amway Coaches Poll, after J.T. Barrett was out for the Buckeyes Saturday night in their game against the Minnesota Golden Gophers in the 'Shoe. Cardale Jones and company led the Buckeyes to another win, keeping the perfect season alive with a 28-14 win. The Buckeyes received 34 of 64 first place votes in the poll.

Clemson came in at No. 2 this week after a win over Florida State. Baylor dropped to No. 3 after narrowly beating Kansas State. Alabama moved up to No. 4 this week after beating LSU in Tuscaloosa, and shutting down Heisman frontrunner Leonard Fournette. LSU dropped to No. 9 after the loss.

TCU fell to No. 12, after taking a 49-29 shellacking at the hands of Oklahoma State in Stillwater. Oklahoma State appeared at No. 5 this week. Florida State dropped to No. 18 after losing to Clemson in Death Valley, as well as Memphis, who dropped to No. 25 after losing to Navy 45-20.

Ole Miss dropped out of the poll after losing to Arkansas on one of the crazier finishes we have seen to a college football game. The Toledo Rockets dropped out of the poll after losing to Northern Illinois Tuesday night. Newcomers to the poll include Northwestern at No. 24, Navy at No. 23, and Wisconsin at No. 22. Texas A&M dropped out of the poll after losing to Auburn at home.

The complete Coaches Poll will be posted here shortly.
