I'd agree UT's offense should be easier to defend, though I doubt the style of the offense will change much.

what is the conclusion drawn from it? I find it a bit difficult to peg how UT's offense will turn out.

Last year, they were 2.5x as successful thru the air vs OSU (110 run, 275 pass).
Next year, I can envision a more balanced attack which is less successful on the scoreboard (150 run, 200 pass).

Perhaps UT fans can shed more light on the tendencies of Davis (when was he hired?)... Sims ran a passing offense, VY a run offense, and last season a balanced offense.

The only thing that davis has done consistantly, in my mind anyway, is adjust his offense to fit his personel

do you expect to return to the 04 offense of run, run, run and complete enough passes to win? Or is the wr position deeper in 06 lending itself to maintaining the passing game?
