does anyone know a way to prevent someone from being able to burn a CD that you give them? - is it possible in Roxio? I have never tried but a coworker was asking me about it. so i told her that i would see what i could find out.

No. If it were, I'm sure the record companies would've figured it out by now.iambrutus;755811; said:does anyone know a way to prevent someone from being able to burn a CD that you give them? - is it possible in Roxio? No. I believe there is a way in which record companies can do it, but in your case it is not possible.iambrutus;755811; said:does anyone know a way to prevent someone from being able to burn a CD that you give them? - is it possible in Roxio? Eh, True. I hate the flash CD's. They will still usually put the real files somewhere on the disk, not always though.bigballin2987;755850; said:True, but they can make cd's that I think open up on your computer as Flash and you cannot even put them on your computer.
EDIT: Unless you really know what you're doing.
Ya, it's weird because I have had a couple cd's where I could not find files to put onto my comp. I have found them on other Flash CD's. I do not understand why they wouldn't always do this.Hodge;755853; said:Eh, True. I hate the flash CD's. They will still usually put the real files somewhere on the disk, not always though.
