Well, would you? I know it may sound like dumb question, but to me it's no-brainer. No. An emphatic, No! And this isn't just because of my moral well-being either.
But mainly for all the Lurkers in the BP (rr) who enjoy all the downloads and such and praise pornstars for their beauty, bodies and abilities. Would you date a pornstar? I for one, will admit it. I couldn't handle dating a woman who goes to work and does other men. To be honest, I couldn't date an Ex-Pornstar for the same reason. That's just me. I will admit that some of them are incredably attractive. But that just won't cut it for me.
How many of you would want to date someone like that? A woman who gets done blowing some dude, and then comes home and kisses you with those lips. Could you handle that, or are you talking non-sense every time you say something like, 'Oh wow! I would totally do her!'
 
Screw a pornstar yes, but I think I would also have a hard time having a relationship with one (unless it was Elisha Cuthbert). :p


What would you do in this situation? You've been dating an incredibly hot girl for a year or so and are in love so you ask her to marry you. She then breaks down and tells you that she had been a pornstar in the past and hadn't told you because she really liked you (Did I steal that from a movie?). Are you going to break up with a girl that you're in love with because of something that she had done in the past.

Dang good question CCI!

My first reaction would be no way. But after some thought, I personally would like to think I could do it. I guess I rationalize it this way: I have been married for almost 7 years. I love my wife more than anything in the world. If she were to tell me today that she had once appeared in, and wanted to continue to appear in porn videos, I really would not like it, but I wouldn't love her any less for doing it.

However, if I were single, I would probably not begin dating someone I knew was a porn star.

Does that make any sense? Thoughts?

There is a big difference between I was in porn a long time ago and I want to do porn now. If it was in the past I would stew about it for a while then forgive her. If she wanted to do it now I would tell her that if she does she will lose me. Her choice.

Well, I don't know if I agree. I would still love her, so it would be tough to let that break us up.

It's all a question of where you draw the line. What is the real issue? The fact that she'd be doing other guys, or the fact that it was being filmed?

What if she told you that she had slept with another guy 10 years ago? 5 years ago? last month? yesterday?

What if she wanted a threesome with her old college roommate and you?

What if she wanted a threesome with YOUR old college roommate and you?

What if she told you she wanted to swap with another couple, her with him, and you with the other woman?

What if she wanted to join a swingers' club?

-Both mainly other guys. If she just wants to be on camera I have one we can make our own.

-If she cheated she would be gone. I know she had sex with guys before me so that isn't an issue.

-I would think about it, but my gf isn't in to other women so it wouldn't happen. 60-70% of her college bball team were gay so if they couldn't get her to do it I won't be able to.

-Hell no!!! She actually dated one of my college buddies a couple times before I knew her. She didn't tell me until a year into the relationship because she was worried that some of my other friend remembered her and would tell me. That was a shock, but I got over it.

What if she told you she wanted to swap with another couple, her with him, and you with the other woman?
-No

What if she wanted to join a swingers' club?
-No
I believe that I know my gf pretty well so I know how she thinks at least to a point. If she were to bring any of these to me she would not be the person that I fell in love with. The thought of her with another guy makes me sick as I'm sure the thought of me with another girl does to her.
In fact we just went to a reunion with some of my college friends. There was a girl there that I had been crazy about a few years back when I got together with my gf. I told my gf about it long ago so she didn't like this girl. She said that the whole night she wanted to beat the girls ass. It was actually for the best for me because I realized that I didn't have feelings for the other girl anymore.

I can't believe nobody's had this answer yet.

Date her long enough to screw her (shouldnt take too long!), practicing safe sex of course.

Then for the rest of your life you could say you'd had sex with a porn star!

Since I am a major star in the porn industry I can provide some insight. Okay, not really but I cannot believe no one has said it.

Date - For fun, sure. To bring to a family wedding, no.

Marry - Are you nuts!?! No way.

Seriously, if I had been married to someone for years and she all of a sudden told me she was a pornstar before we met I do not know what I would say. It would really come down to a decision of whether I thought she had lied to me and broken our trust.

I guess I had better ask my wife if she was a pornstar before we met.

Well, if my wife had told me this when I asked her to marry me, I would have withdrawn my proposal. Not so much because she had been in porn, but because there is an issue of trust, or better stated, lack thereof. I wouldn't want to marry someone who kept secrets from me.

Now, if she told me this information after being married, I would not leave her. I would be very upset and hurt by the lack of trust, but not enough to break my vows to her and God. Furthermore, if she had repented, I would have to forgive her, but we would need to address the issue of trust in our relationship.

Absolutely would not allow this. It would be adultery and I would divorce her if she insisted on going back into porn. This doesn't mean I would stop loving her, it would simply mean she doesn't love me enough and I would want nothing to do with the sham marriage...especially if there are or will be children involved.

I could, but then I have a little different perspective than most of you because I was actually in the porn business for a brief time.

Believe it or not I originally had the lead in Deep Throat. Unfortunately during rehersals Linda experienced a gag reflex.

So I ended up with a bit part.
