As a security guard I can attest that this just doesnt go on in Ohio, I worked security at a public state library here in michigan and we were told that patrons can do just about anything online, INCLUDING watching porno, and we do not do anything about it. Ive never seen anyone wacking it, I never really seen anyone looking at anything considered porn either, but I guess the law allows viewing porn in a public place. Yes, I was baffled. Go figure.

This sort of thing happens ALL THE TIME at the OSU Libraries, as it does at every major public library across the nation--but as with this guy it's usually the non-student patrons (students usually have internet at home/dorm). That's what we get for providing free, unfiltered web access to the public.
