Just some simple customizing.....
I used Audacity to take 7 seconds out of Buckeye Battle Cry, rendered as a .wav and used it as my Widows Logon sound:

Start > Control Panel > Sounds, Speech and Audio Devices > Sounds and Audio Devices > Sounds tab > Select Windows Logon (or anything else you'd like to try) > Browse to where ever you saved the file > OK > Apply
Logoff and log back on. Should be good to go.
Audacity is a great free open source app. You can get it here:
