Jim Tressel had 30+ years of being employed at state institutions in the state of Ohio, meaning he was eligible for retirement, that has nothing to do with Ohio State.

Sounds like you are the ones that need to get your facts straight.

If your use a little effort and read the threads related to the tattoo affair you will discover (yeah, a lawyer term - how about that) nobody sweeping anything under the rug. You will also find that nobody pleads ignorance in this affair. People are wondering how somebody can be prohibited from selling their own property, but that is a different topic for another forum. Please link to the posts where people were sweeping this tattoo affair under the rug or pleading ignorance. I'm sure your discovery endeavors permit you to have these links at your fingertips.
