Anybody else watch this ? The first season moved too slowly at times for me, but I still ended up enjoying it. The 2nd season has been pretty good thus far & it got picked up for a 3rd season. I'm not a big Pirate guy at all, but for some reason this show just does it for me.
 
@Saw31 I'd recommend giving it a peak, but that depends on what you're looking for. If you've ever seen another Starz show, Spartacus, it has some similarities to its portrayal although in a different genre. It has a lot of sex, violence, wit & shrewd Pirate behavior. Its definitely not the type of show that is going to appeal to TV critics so you have to take it for what its worth, but I find it amusing.

I am really enjoying it. I like the characters and the plot lines are well written IMO. There's a "didn't see that coming" twist that takes place mid 2nd season as well lol. I also like how you're not sure who the "bad" guy is and who the "good" guy is. I find my rooting interests changing almost weekly. Critically, I believe the 2nd season has done very well, and the fan reviews have been very good as well.

I've watched since it started. I'm not one to watch a show and start complaining that is not historically correct or couldn't have happened in that time period. I think I know the "didn't see that coming" part mentioned by Maqua and was like "WTH".

They definitely did a great job with that "didn't see that coming" moment. Nobody could've seen that one coming. I've been a big fan of the whole 2nd season so far. Rackham cracks me up every scene he's in.

@Saw31 I believe this show will be right up your alley + that combo will be a perfect fit for it as well.
