Anyone use any products like this? What do you use? How do you like it? Is it reliable?

Need some ideas here for my co for Windows authentication challenges beyond username & password pairs.
 
At work we use Imprivata's Single Sign On which includes prox card reader capability with badge tapping, tokens that generate keys, or biometric finger prints. I think you said this was for your company correct? I'm not aware of people using it for personal use.
