The second night of the annual Big Ten/ACC Challenge took place on Tuesday, with six Big Ten teams in action. [ MORE: Power Rankings | Player Rankings | Polls | Standings | Stats | Scoreboard ] Michigan kicked off the night with an impressive 66-59 victory over NC State, while Northwestern followed with a thrilling 81-79 overtime win at Virginia Tech. No. 2 Maryland fell to No. 9 North Carolina in the premier matchup of the night, 81-89. In other Big Ten hoops action: Ohio State fell short to Virginia, 64-58, Nebraska lost an overtime thriller to Miami (FL), 77-72,
