I don't get the NFL Network, but I kind of figured
From the NFL page:
"After watching this debacle I am SOOOOO glad I'm not a Dolphins fan. I think I'd kill myself. This is probably the most inept offense I've ever seen. The Falcons would torch the Bears. They would refuse to play the Dolphins do to lack of competition. What a worthless game."

I was OK on both of those calls. I thought the Dolphin controlled the ball completely before it hit the ground, and didn't bobble it. I thought the Bear didn't have a firm grip on the ball until after it hit the ground.
