Just an observation but if the Browns fans can wear a dog mask and Green bay fans can wear a cheesehead then why don't Indy fans wear a horse face mask or even some horse rump pants complete with a tail?
Just askin.

Panthers (without Smith) 26
@ Chargers 24

Cowboys 28
@ Browns 10

Bears 22
@ Colts 13 (thru 3 quarters)

Is the NFC striking back to the future, when they owned the AFC in the 80s?

Congrats to the Colts for taking the pre-season so lightly. Peyton could have easily played in the last pre-season game, but held him out expecting him to be sharp in week 1.

It has happened to several players this week, where they sat out all pre-season and looked like garbage come week 1.

Count the Borwns as a team that treated pre-season like a joke, and got run over today. Such poor preparation.

Hard to say what this means for the Bears...they can't just blitz every team up the middle every week all night, but I'd say unless the Colts get Saturday back, they're boned. As for the Colts D, they live and die with turnovers, and if they don't get any, they look silly. Manning is rusty, and is starting to show his age.
