There has never been any love between the two schools....you should know that by now. A rivalry with o$u would be great....it's just that in basketball, we should have had one for a long time and it would have been a great one...going back and forth over the decades...now that you guys have this great class coming in and we are at our absolute worst in 20 years there is a game all of a sudden...we don't want this game right now. It does nothing for us......
we would have gladly traded getting beat in Football each year if we would have had the chance to smack you in basketball (which we would have for most of Huggs career) but that never came to pass and now we are playing you? The whole thing stinks....
so pardon our cutting remarks but we are in no mood to be nice right now to some o$$$u fans.....
