Weird but true. Fire up your 360, play a half of football using one of the lower division historically black colleges, switch over to your Rock Band drum kit during halftime to participate on the drumline, then go back to some more football for the second half.
The Rock Band drum kit can't possibly be durable enough for this, can it?

Drumline meets Rock Band, 360 in Black College Football game
Launching a video game based on American football is rough going these days; EA has the lock on official players and stadiums on the professional and college level. There is one opportunity for a football product, however, as the Madden series has all but ignored Historically Black Colleges and Universities, or HBCUs. The Black College Football Experience, an upcoming Xbox 360 title, seeks to fill that gap "Madden forgot about us, so we [are] doing it ourselves," Jerry Perkins, the promoter for BCFx, told Black College Wire. The game isn't only about football, although that's the primary draw; BCFx will also come with support for the Rock Band drum set to tap into the popularity of drumlines at HBCU football games.
The game will ship with 35 songs and 65 musical cadences, although the Rock Band drums may have some challenges keeping up with the precision and speed needed to play this caliber of music. The title will feature a look at the culture of HBCUs themselves, as the Xbox 360 version will include a Museum section featuring the history of many of the schools and their football programs.
