Anybody know the workout program the Buckeyes are using?

Workouts change with Coaches but I still have mine somewhere...from Kennedy

Those workouts were some of the BEST out there! I do still have my TB and GB workouts on hand too. The GB one includes summer conditioning.

Otis is on the money there, and this ties in to some of the discussion on the recent Ted Ginn thread. You've got workouts tailored to speed/quickness development, you've got workouts tailored to power/mass development, and you've got workouts tailored to stamina/endurance development. These workouts (and I'm speaking generally, I have no inside knowledge of Buckeye workout regimens) are very different in design and in effect, and often have conflicting effects. Probably in most cases, there's a bit of a blend.

I still laugh at those S&C coaches. All I've heard what a great job they do but, one thing they've missed on was the lineman. NO ENDURANCE, WEAK STRENGTH and SLOW. I work out like hell and eat/drink the healthy stuff that goes with my blood type the best and they don't.
