Otis is on the money there, and this ties in to some of the discussion on the recent Ted Ginn thread. You've got workouts tailored to speed/quickness development, you've got workouts tailored to power/mass development, and you've got workouts tailored to stamina/endurance development. These workouts (and I'm speaking generally, I have no inside knowledge of Buckeye workout regimens) are very different in design and in effect, and often have conflicting effects.
