I have a very messed up situation and am in need of some free counsel. A quick briefing of the situation...
My father passed away in 2004
I had the attorney from hell
Case got dragged on and on and on
Never heard from my attorney
Just found out the case was closed 6 months ago.
Problem is I still have money from the estate
I would like to just bounce things off of an attorney and see how they feel/think the situation plays out. It is a little more complicated then I have drawn out above, a couple other issues.
