Tennessee led California 15-5 going to the bottom of the last inning in the US championship game. It's now 15-15 and Cali is still batting with 2 outs.

Winner gets Japan tomorrow.

Tennessee wins 24-16. Whether they have anyone left who can pitch tomorrow remains to be seen.

Pretty crazy game. I was rooting for Petaluma.

Japan is going to crush tomorrow anyway. I'm almost positive that one dude they have is Hideki Matsui wearing a kid mask.

Japan wins 12-2 as the mercy rule ends it in the 5th inning. Kotaro Kiyomiya dominated his physically inferior opposition. That marathon slugfest for Tennessee yesterday couldn't have helped their cause, either.
