Philly wins by one point as they score from their own territory on a long pass play as time runs out.
Although the guy was probably down 6 inches short of the goal line, there was no replay camera on the goal line to tell 'indisputably'. Also, Philly had a time out remaining, and there should have been about 1.5 seconds left, so they would have had 1 play to score on the goal line to get the win if the replay had marked them short.
