When taking a driving trip I use 'nameofstategasprices.com'. For example, georgiagasprices.com, and you'll get a list of prices and locations. That way, you don't get boned in W Va. by paying 3.12 a gallon, when you can get it for 2.78 2 hours down the road in Virginia.
It works pretty well.
