3d Google Earth Map (download link!)

Make sure to click on the checkbox for "buildings" and go visit LA... it renders 3d buildings which when you change your tilt are a true 3d experience... wow this stuff is amazing.

Some of the areas (the grayish and brownish areas) have absolutely SCARY detail. Some of them seem to be rendered by software (rather poorly by comparison) rather than being actual satellite photos. Still, this is freakin' awesome.
