An inmate awaiting trial on a murder charge is suing the county, complaining he has lost more than 100 pounds because of the jailhouse menu.

Broderick Lloyd Laswell says he isn't happy that he's down to 308 pounds after eight months in the Benton County jail. He has filed a federal lawsuit complaining the jail doesn't provide inmates with enough food.

According to the suit, Laswell weighed 413 pounds when he was jailed in September. Police say he and a co-defendant fatally beat and stabbed a man, then set his home on fire.

"On several occasions I have started to do some exercising and my vision went blurry and I felt like I was going to pass out," Laswell wrote in his complaint. "About an hour after each meal my stomach starts to hurt and growl. I feel hungry again."

This fat fuck beats a man to death, sets his house on fire, then cries because he can't eat 10 double whoppers a day? Yo, lard ass...the reason why your vision went blurry when you tried to exercise (probably for the first time in your life) was because you're a fucking fat fuck, not because of a lack of caloric intake.

Fuck you, Lardsmell...I hope you choke on your next meal.

How the hell did a man this fat manage that much physical acitivity without stroking out!?

Laswell's suit was filed without a lawyer in U.S. District Court in Fayetteville.

No lawyer will touch this case, for damn good reason. "Boo hoo, I'm losing weight because the state won't let me overeat like I am used to, boo hoo!"

He might have a case if he looked like a holocaust survivor. As it stands keep on the diet fatty. IMO there should be a lot of pain and suffering in prison especially for someone that is there for killing someone.

Put him on the tub of lard a day diet?

Maybe that is the cure for overcrowded prisons. Everything they eat is deep fried and covered in sugar. Life in prison is less than 5 years. An added bonus they would all be too fat to cornhole each other.
