But what if they went to CMU? And since Conor was allegedly was on the sidelines while a scUM coach, then it's basically like they went to scUM, right? RIGHT?

Also, please remember that he was a rouge low-level staffer who no one even knew, but everyone cheers him for his effort while attempting to "distance" themself away from him because he has shamed the university.

On one hand I agree with you.
But on the other, I didn't go to Ohio State. I grew up there and went to probably 50 games before I graduated high school. But I hope I'm just as much of an obnoxious asshole for Ohio State as these clowns are for the cheaters.

With everything they've lost Ohio State is not beating Texas, they're not beating Penn State, and they're drawing practically dead in Ann Arbor. The only remaining question is can they squeak into the playoffs with 3 losses. Either way this should be Ohio State's worst team since 04 (I don't count 2011). You can't lose THAT much and have a giant question mark at QB and expect to be anything special.

This has to be one of the dumbest takes. They're certainly less of a sure thing than last season, but the offense has a significantly higher ceiling due to Sayin, OL depth, and a matchup nightmare in Klare. The defensive back 7 will be elite and they only need a few rotational DT to shore up the middle.

Meanwhile, those dumbasses ignore losing their top DTs, CB, and edge rusher because they were able to beat a brain-dead game plan from OSU and bad Bama offense in the bowl game. Fucking disgusting that they get to ride those highs into this season. Also, they're not going to get a million turnovers within the opponents 30 this year.

The DTs pretty much held the defense together for them last year, they aren't just replacing those 2 without missing a step like the DFBIA probably thinks. This is the year we see the defense take a bigger step back for them. The offense hilariously might end up being worse than last year too. You got a true freshman QB with a bum group of WRs and unproven RBs, with just a okish OL.

I'd guess right now that they go 7-5 again in the regular season. The ineptitude of teams like Sparty, Maryland, Northwestern & Purdue will keep them from tanking too hard record wise but it's going to be a ugly 7-5

I have to admit I’m a little surprised that Will Johnson was not taken in the first round. This is where I also admit that I know this because of a google search; I don’t watch the draft or draft coverage.

Has there been any talk on the networks or the ‘net about how he managed to fall out of the first round? Do any of you have any insights of your own to offer?

Edit: nevermind. ChatGPT chalks it up to his injury history.

That's what NFL Network was pushing hard. I've decided it's because he's average at best and looks better than he is by just jumping routes and getting lucky. Who's to say?

He doesn't have the speed to be a great man coverage corner in the NFL, doesn't have the physicality to play press coverage in the NFL consistently either . Takes too many risky chances too, which might play well in college against teams like Fresno State and Rutgers but is a recipe for disaster in the NFL. You're basically getting a zone corner in the NFL without much versatility. That along with the injury issues.

Injury to his knee and he didn't workout at the combine. Then he was scratched from their Pro Day with a hammy so he's got big durability issues now. Added to whatever else there is
