I'm surprised no one has mentioned this yet but the NOA release has been delayed again by Michigan. I didn't submit a FOIA req for it (because I anticipated problems) but an attorney I know did request it. He told me this afternoon that's it's been delayed again until March 13 "due to an unprecedented number of FOIA requests".
He's pissed. But he responded as a true lawyer: he submitted a new FOIA request asking for the number of FOIA requests Michigan has processed in recent years. Brilliant.

Let's say - for instance - the COI report on the first settling party was already complete and going through the process. Unless our northern neighbors call in a huge favor, those reports are published independently of the other cases.
