I had actually forgotten that Harbaugh had received a 4-year ‘show cause’ penalty from the NCAA in August, 2024; I guess because it’s basically meaningless to him in the NFL now.

This doesn’t preclude Day or OSU from being connected. Someone hired the PI. The PI somehow got Stalions files without his permission.(actual violation of law under certain circumstances)

The more that comes out the more the media will turn, especially now since the season is over, it will eventually be open season once its clear it's going to benefit the media more to pounce on Michigan than to tuck away and ignore the issue.
