2013 Week 4 CFB Open Thread

This weeks slate of games sucks so bad Gameday decided to go to North Dakota to hide from it.

What an awful slate indeed. What are the good games here? ASU vs. Stanford? MSU vs. Notre Dame? Woof.

Tennessee vs Florida could be a really good slug fest with a close finish. Florida isn't their usual powerhouse this year with a loss to Miami and a close one to Toledo. Tennessee is a team with a solid offense and is on the rise despite getting beat down by Oregon.


Also, Auburn should give LSU fits. The Auburn Tigers are undefeated (two of the games being tight ones) and are like the Penn State of the SEC - have to respect their recruiting and ability to field a team. LSU still has to prove they are a legit threat this year in the SEC as they have played no one other than TCU, which was a tough one for them. I think this will be a solid game as well.

Clowney is dealing with bone spurs in his right foot, a continuing problem dating to high school. Sutton has had a foot injury since preseason camp.

What's next? A dislocated shoulder that we never heard about?

off week between playoffs and Super Bowl.

that way my anniversary doesn't interfere with important things like football.
