I have a young friend who was in my cycling clinic last year and now is a freshman there...he posted 20 mins ago on FB that he's in his dorm room awaiting release from lock-down.

damn...

With all the nuts out there, I am honestly surprised this type of stuff doesn't happen more often...don't get me wrong, I'm sure as hell happy it doens't, but as a person who is just now graduating from college, I'm surprised it doesn't seeing how easy it would be to pull it off

Virginia Tech Shootings 2011 (At least 2 dead)

Scene of one of the deadliest mass shootings in US history has been hit again. At least two people dead. Press confrence going on now.

One of the dead is a police officer - Killed during a routine traffic stop.

UPDATE:

Other dead appears to be the gunman.

Prayers out to the Va Tech Community.
