Thanks! The past couple years they've had a men's lacrosse game right before the Spring Game. I see that this year's lacrosse schedule:

has "Showdown in the Shoe" scheduled for 11:00 am for Sat., April 23. So, that must be the date!

then I say leave them at home......or if you've already left and they're dragging ass on the way to the stadium, just leave them inbetween the stadium and where you parked. they can probably find their way back to the car at some point.

We've had a good track record recovering abandoned kids at the I-70 rest area coming in to Cbus. I'll probably just leave them there.

The fourth annual lacrosse Showdown in the Shoe, which features the No. 17/19-ranked Ohio State men's lacrosse team taking on Fairfield, precedes the football spring game, with the ECAC Lacrosse League contest beginning at 11 a.m. The Showdown in the Shoe has set NCAA men's lacrosse regular-season and on-campus attendance records each of its first three seasons, reaching 31,078 at the 2010 event.

One ticket admits fans to both the men's lacrosse and football games. All seating is general admission. Tickets if purchased in advance are $7 each and may be purchased in any of the following ways:

  • Call Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000
  • In person at any Ticketmaster outlet or the OSU Ticket Office
(Additional service charges apply for each of the above methods, except when purchasing at the OSU Ticket Office in person.)

Tried to talk my wife into going up with the kids for this on Saturday and staying and watching my sister run at Jesse Owens on Sunday, but she mentioned something about it being our youngest's first Easter.
