Kerry Wood probably would actually walk the bases full, then hit a batter, then give up a walk off Grand Slam. Love the guy to death, but the dude was not consistent. Some days he was throwing smoke and his slider was rippin. Other days, he had less accuracy than Rick Ankiel back in 02.

The Angels will suffer with the loss of Teixeira but more than anything losing K-Rod will keep them out of the playoffs this year.
They'll fall off some, but the A.L West is very weak. Seattle and Texas have zero pitching and Oakland is in rebuilding mode.

I was just making a prediction, hopefully I am wrong. Teixeira was just a hired gun anyways, but K-Rod was a product of the Angels farm system, so seeing him go kind of sucked.
Very true. They did bring in Fuentes who did a respectable job closing games in Colorado of all places. Texas may be the biggest threat because they can mash.

I think Oakland finishes a close 2nd and does better than people think

Texas and pitching just dont go together, I guess they could possibly come up with enough offense to offset some of the pitching issues though but I see them 3rd

Seattle will likely be awful again and finish last
