Now we get to the fun BP support time of the year.
It's time to get started with setting this up. Last year we had a very good time and maybe we can have even more people attend.

Are you suggesting a location, date and time? Or are you just throwing the idea out there and expecting someone else to handle the logistics?

As those who have planned a BP event know, it can be very difficult to put together such an event... that being said...

I realize we have always been able to raise a significant chunk of change for this event, to date, the winner has graciously turned over their winnings (approximately $700-$1000) directly to Clairty and LongWood. Therefore I feel it important to continue with this annual event.

BKB and I will plan this... Hopefully those that have graciously helped organize and plan this event in the past will be willing to do so again, it would be impossible without their help.

A location, date and time will follow soon...

We will try as best we can to pick a date and time that affords most the ability to attend however, keep in mind, it can be hard to get a time that caters to approximately 50 people.. we will schedule this a few weeks out inorder to give people adeuqate time to rearrange their schedules...

We already know FKA will NEVER make it, no matter the date and time. We know GregoryLee will have his 20th anniversary, other than that, people will have to get crafty with their reasons for not attending. :biggrin:
