Jesse Hayes may have a major advantage as his father is Jay Hayes defensive line coach for the Cincinnati Bengals. Hayes has great size at 6-foot-4, 235-pounds and shows advanced skills coming off the edge. Hayes also showed his ability on special teams as he recovered a blocked punt and scored.

The HBO series "Hard Knocks" had a crew at Colerain on Friday night during the Colerain-Moeller scrimmage. It seems the crew was interested in Moeller junior DL Jesse Hayes, who is the son of Bengals defensive line coach Jay Hayes.

Colerain AD Dan Bolden said the crew took the camera all around the stadium, but wasn't sure if the show would include footage from both teams.

"I do not know what they filmed or how much," Bolden said in an e-mail. "They did not give me an air date or even if it would make the show."
