Not sure about this one, but his offer sheet (according to Rivals) is impressive...Scout's profile tells a different story but might not have been updated in a while. FWIW, Scout spells his first name Ja'Baris while Rivals spells is Jabaris. This could be another token offer to a traditional powerhouse in an area that is rich with talent.
