Khalil's top 6 are VPI, Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, NC State, and Ohio State (all offered). He was a fan of the Hokies growing up, and VPI should still be considered the leader.

Khalil is working hard to improve his academics.

Manchester High School coach Tom Hall, a former Virginia Tech and Ferrum player, said that one of his linemen, 6-4, 290 Khalil Latif, has 32 written offers. Latif, scheduled to visit Tech unofficially next week, also likes Ohio State, Tennessee, Florida, North Carolina, Maryland and Virginia.

not really, he likes the home team and is headed there. His other favorites are merely the result of recruiting services asking for a list of other contendors, which does not really exist if the VT rumors are true.
