Joe is considered one of the most versatile prospects in the East. He is being recruited at a variety of positions on both sides of the ball. Joe currently holds offers from Virginia, Boston College, Rutgers, Syracuse, Miami of Ohio, and Temple while getting attention from North Carolina, N.C. State, Michigan, Michigan State, Penn State and Ohio State. He has a 2.7 GPA and a 1010 on the SAT.
Film--My Take: Joe is a football player. He is not a college QB but there is a spot for him on the field on either side of the ball. Personally, I like him on defense, but he is another tweener athlete that can play OLB or SS depending on the scheme.
