Height: 6'3"
Weight: 180

Looks to be the top prospect out of Central California. All-State as a JR.
Todd had 71 catches for 1,068 yards and 6 TD's last year.

Interested in: Oregon (High), Cal, Miami-FL, Ohio State, Stanford (all Med), Northwestern (Low)

He mentions USC's WR depth as a reason he is no longer interested.

Well, there's a first for SC. Oregon has traditionally done a good job picking up skill guys out of Central and Northern California. In the early 90's, Washington was a major player in this area. But with UW's slide, and Oregon's rise (thank you, Phil Knight), the Ducks are a popular choice for the players who are lightly recruited by SC and UCLA. This will be an interesting prospect to watch.

I remember hearind some rumblings from a few "insiders" that the entire country has been waiting for USC's stellar classes to catch up with them. This may be the year that starts to happen (fingers crossed)...

Not to get off topic, but one would think that with all the 5 star recievers and everything they bring in out there that these kids would look elsewhere.

Ok back to Carter.

From Rivals.com...Carter's twin brother, Logan, is the quarterback for Merced and was invited to the Elite 11 workouts last year. Carter is hearing from Cal, Miami, Northwestern, Stanford, Michigan State, and Ohio State although he lists his top 6 as Oregon, Cal, Fresno State,
Northwestern, Miami and USC (there they are). He says that he and his brother are not necessarily a package deal to any one school.
