Last fall Rigan helped St. Francis to an 8-2 record. The season did not end as planned, as St Francis was upset in the playoffs. Rigan was selected to the All-Conference and All-Area teams for his performance. In addition to football, Rigan is a fine basketball player.

At the Elite 11 event held in Michigan this weekend, Rigan attended the camp as a pass catcher and according to their opinion should get MAC attention.

Michigan State, Notre Dame, Missouri, Central Michigan, Michigan, Purdue and Northwestern are his top schools at this point. Michigan and Purdue have visited his school the past week.
