Perhaps this is a radical idea in today’s world, but I think Coach Lochlyn should be responsible for his debts. If he and/or his advisors did the math wrong, that should be on him/them, not Ohio State fans. If Oregon is wrong, that’s for the courts to resolve.

Doesn’t really matter if he didn’t bet against the Reds. He didn’t bet every game. He made the lineup. He pulled the pitchers. He knew who was banged up and not likely to produce. He could stack the deck, so to speak, to increase their chances of winning some games…so that’s when he would bet.
Isn’t there some hyped up guy every year who ends up sitting in the green room all alone at the end of the first evening of the draft? Beats me who it will be this year, but this top 3, top 10 noise sure sounds familiar.
