I feel like he is one deep MM or B1G run away from breaking into next echelon of coaching, with all the team/fanbase energy and recruiting mojo that comes with that. Been bubbling. Hope its a breakthrough year. They are fun to watch!
I don’t think it’s smart to treat things like a scrimmage. I think you have to try the best to win the game - especially the final game for a number of seniors and other players.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Jeremiah Smith ends up playing a lot on the outside, Tate moves to more of the “line up anywhere” role that we’ve seen in the past with Hill, Wilson, JSN, etc
Thinking the game back through. To be honest I can’t name one mistake they made. They played the hands of the game basically perfectly.
You could say we didn’t make them face enough mistake inducing situations. But they gave no margin of error for us to play with or breath from.
We will be a dramatically different roster next year as well. I presume we will lose lots of 3 year guys on top of the seniors. Major change at RB, WR, TE, DE, LB
While I don’t give a passing grade for Day, I also don’t see a viable alternative that maintains the rest of the success. Michigan had their “team of an era” for the past 3 years and that level is not likely to sustain.
