Tom Lemming looks as sleazy as ever. I wonder if he regrets trading his reputation for boosting ND's recruiting rankings for a couple years right as the recruiting industry was taking off.

Initially, I would guess year round nice weather and a large population created an environment for QBs to develop. That led to high schools slinging it around more, which sped up development. Then, private coaches started to become a thing, and many are located there. Now, it's a self sustaining...

I assume they mean aesthetic. And I couldn't agree more.
