I've seen them called pork panko before, and they are sold on Amazon. I have a food processor so I just ground up a bag of rinds. I used zero seasoning, the salt in the pork rinds was enough.

Crump's sister in law dipped them in an egg bath, and used ground up pork rinds for "breading". I then fried them in ghee. I'll probably never make fish another way. They were outstanding.
