We should probably expand to 48 teams 96 teams, just in case.

The only thing that would make it more Penn State is if you argued over whether the Sheetz nuggets were a better deal than the Wawa nuggets.

If it isn’t 98-0 then fire everybody.

1. I think equipment is getting better/safer. That should help. Fingers crossed. 2. I think the rules changes regarding targeting and defenseless players are a good thing. Along with neck injuries, I'm hopeful that we can see data supporting a decline in head injuries. 3. Same with the new...

For government office? Or for something important like the AP polls?

Not that I ever watched a game, but from what I hear, Chris Collinsworth's kid was the Notre Dame dude, and they booed him straight to hell because he was too fair. They wanted a guy who bled whatever colors Notre Dame is wearing that week.

Meh. I think you need to give them both a try, if there's any doubt about which is which. If you know Dude #1 is gooder than Dude #2, you use Dude #1. Easy. But if it's 2001 and your starting quarterback is suspended for a DUI and you're playing for a chance at a conference championship if you...

Duh - What is the average total offense rank of teams that DIDN'T play the cheaters? **Mic Drop** That's how they rationalize that.

Thanks. I replied to other parts of your post now.

I'm not going to fact-check anything you said except to say that the NY Giants are in the NFC East. Oh - I will comment on this: The schedule is made up of 6 games against your division, plus your whole division playing another in-conference division, plus your whole division playing another...

Probably not. Many of their fans post about wishing they hadn't gotten rid of him. Of course, they were no where to be found before they fired him. No one was on his side at that time.

As someone who remembers and understands some of this calculus, I'm pretty sure you just made my head explode a little. I mean, if anything was still there worth exploding.

My guess is he's quoting Tommy Boy, when the Chris Farley character ("Tommy Calahan") is in college and he's supposed to write "John Hancock" on some history test. But he writes "Herbie Hancock". Later in the movie, someone talks about putting his John Hancock on the line, and Tommy says, "It's...

My algebra teacher's head just exploded. But my calculus teacher just went into a whole thing about limits approaching from the "right" on a number line. I think this gave her a boner, or something. I wonder if that lady is still alive 32 years later. She was.... interesting.

Do you forget who these people are? What they do? When they're losing 16 to Ohio State and winning just 2 from 2001 to 2019, all they would say was "Look at the all-time records". Never mind that none of their grandparents was born before a large chunk of their wins happened.

Yay.

I do, too. But have you ever seen fans? We won't give the kid either grace nor patience.

To be fair, Tanner didn't say it was immediately a rout. He said, "when it was a rout, immediately made [him] know it..." I don't think it had anything to do with being over for Tressel. I think he would have been around for 4-5 more years if it hadn't been for the tattoos and such. Years of...

Yes, we'll have shared conference titles. I think this will be most years. There will likely be a tie-breaker situation for auto bid, and it won't be relevant. First, because if 2-3 teams are undefeated and share the conference championship, we all know all will get into playoffs. Second, it'll...
