So I know recruits like to play games…but would a more mature father figure really pull the same shenanigans? He’s expressed multiple times over the last few days his love for Coach Day and OSU, including his response to my response to his response:
Anyone have a clue as to why Zach Smith and Kirk Barton are expressing heartbroken reactions on Twitter? Speculation seems to be related to an injury, specifically Kam Babb considering his previous relationship to Smith
Day has been doing some traveling today across the West Coast, in Lincoln Riley’s new territory. I see why USC bribed Linc with the PJ (private jet)…Ryan visited the Branch Bros, Hero Kanu, and now his QB target for the class in Devin Brown…wonder if he squeezed anyone else into his jam-packed...
Ooohhhh this is spicy, I like it
in all seriousness, just thinking out loud objectively, if any of the coaches are replaceable from a crootin’ standpoint, it’s Stud.
Well if the coaches are thinking from a business perspective, they’d point out how much higher the taxes are in SoCal, while also showing how much potential for NIL there is in CBus, of which we all know there is plenty. Its just not as flashy
same night as the new USC CB…not sure what the timing of these two things signifies, but if there’s any merit to the CB’s, they would have told OSU “thanks but no thanks” to their faces tonight, no? Unless they pulled a Lincoln Riley and lied to their faces…or those CB’s from an MSU insider are...
My hope was Alex Grinch’s mediocre track record as a recruiter at OU would carry over to USC. Of course all the excitement surrounding the big move w/ Lincoln at HC may leave that fact futile, as we know how highly regarded the Branch bros viewed SC, and Riley’s presence alone may be enough to...
Day and LJ tryna close the deal. At this point, I’m feeling a bit more concerned about the Cali prospects, so it’s refreshing to see this amidst USC’s makeover
yeah but…Alex Grinch? Dude ain’t exactly a closer in the crootin’ game. Getting involved this late into the process certainly ain’t an advantage either…hopefully for a guy who took the leap from across the pond to pursue football, proximity isn’t a huge factor in this one. Now the Branch bros…I...
Man, I so want Innis in Scarlet & Gray. He has to see the potential. But would a crowded room of youngins still deter him with his ideal situation no longer a possibility? Is he still a package with Treyaun?
For awhile it seemed OSU was the front runner. Ultimately, the question is how he feels about the possibility of being one of two backs in his class if he were to come here and share the load with Richard Young. It’s already crowded with Miyan, TreVeyon and Pryor, then Dallan coming in too, it’s...
my concern is that they vowed to make changes in the pressers immediately following the ‘20 Natty vs. Bama. They then had an entire offseason to re-evaluate and strategize. The result? Absolutely no change. In fact, it seems things only worsened amidst the loss of so many experienced players. I...
I am leaning towards it being untrue, but I also do believe there is some degree of truth behind it...my thought on the defense, as bad as everything turned out, was that the lack of pass rush was easily the most disappointing aspect. The men on this defensive line are just too talented to be...
After re-watching the game, I can honestly contend that CJ may have made the most impressive throw of the 2021 CFB season thus far, and then point to 3 throws and pick from any of em as the example. It's a testament to that elite accuracy that we've heard his receivers and coaches praise him for...
Not sure if people caught wind of this from Nevada on the scoop, and I have to believe this is an extreme over-dramatization, but like...holy hell this would be worse than awful:
