And then from the article posted... Yea its a good write up and I obviously agree.

Don't need to explain it. We aren't LSU or Wisconsin. Unlike Wisconsin we have a passing attack to go with our run game. That's all that's going to matter when we play you guys. Im not sitting here asking you to explain how a shitty Va Tech offense scored a season high 35 points on you. That one...

How cute. At first I thought that was your son in the avatar, but its becoming more and more clear that is in fact you. This type of herp derp should be on Kids Say the Darnest Things.

Wisky provided zero threat in the passing game because Stave is a bad QB and their WRs aren't much of a help. This allowed your defense to stack the line and really focus on stuffing the run. It shouldn't be too surprising the defense did as well as it did.

True. And sort of to the point on media... (and not directed at you but others) If you are watching ESPN and getting mad at what they are saying then you are playing into their hands. They have a sort of formula they follow. They will bring up the cliché's because they know it aggravates you...

Agreed. I like these though because its a good indicator of how well your defense is playing against a backs production. A good run defense will hold most of the backs its play below their seasonal avg.

You don't want to go down that road. Its not an intelligent way of dismissing stats because all stats have them. The runs happened so they are included, and are very significant to what the defense gave up. There was a back that had a very high ypc but he only had a few carries against you guys...

Yea I liked his running style from last year and drafted him over the summer for my CF fantasy team. Unfortunately his fantasy value was greatly hurt by Barrett. Since I am predicting Cardale to not run that often, I think we will see a bigger dose of Elliot. So this game is his time to shine.

Quickly went through and grabbed some stats from some of the bigger games and RBs on each team's schedule (8 a piece). First number is the average ypc for the game against Alabama/Ohio State. The second number is their average ypc for the season. Best way to view this is to quickly look down the...

Yes we have been through this already. By your fan's logic Indiana = SEC east champ and Va Tech is Big 10 champs.

We wont know because TCU wont have ever got the chance to play. They have looked good all year.

Well I didn't gloss over it. Earlier in the thread I talked briefly about Stoops game plan and commended it.

Jumping a talented TCU squad who has been ranked higher all year because Ohio State is a media darling beats that's out... And 21-0.

And I remember 2007s beat down Florida gave yall. What's the point? This team is this team and we have also won 3 National Championships to go along with that loss to OU.

Im not positive and it may vary depending on the defense but one guy it could possibly be is Geno Smith.

Ohio State may have the better offense but do you think those stats mean anything? Have you ever taken a stats course? You cant take offensive production from an entirely different league of defenses and compare them to a different population. Stats don't compare like that.

The staff must have spent a lot of time in the offseason working on it because they have made a lot of improvements on getting the guys ready pre snap for this. He said he feels guilty because he has to coach more on the speed of the game than the tactics, which takes away from really teaching...
