    I agree that this is a calculated gamble....but changing Tressel's staus to retired as opposed to resigned, and waiving the $250K penalty doesn't really lend itself to the theory that Smith is throwing Tressel under the bus for it. I think tOSU has completely finished their own investigation...

    :osu: Thats a great article; put's it all in perspective. I don't know how good this 2011 team is going to be...but I really hope they can shock the world of NCAA football this year. Alweays a Buckeye fan; but I have never wanted a team to be successful more than this year~!

    I feel shattered. I feel so destroyed by this. My illusions have been shattered. I just read the SI article....is it ever going to end; will they keep coming out of the walls and attack, until they have the Buckeyes right where they want them....a program destroyed by it's own success? Up...

    But is there anything new? My first post here....Go BUCKEYES! I read the Letter of Allegation and I am amazed with all of the "well he's done now" type comments that I have read today. To me, it reads like nothing more than a discovery request in a civil lawsuit. The only two things I learned...
