Stealing pads/cleats/footballs from the University and selling them for profit isn't a NCAA violation? Uhh yes it is. The problem, unfortunately, is that the NCAA doesn't have to PROVE it, they just have to remove the plausible deniability from OSU. Bascially it has to be more likely that it did...

I guess you don't believe and/or trust unionfutura then, personally I do. If what he says above is true, I sure hope its not, it looks as if compliance did its job, but OSU ignored them anyway which is a smoking gun. This is the one I...
But OSU was put on probation in 2006 because of the basketball team, if any major violations are found to have happened when OSU is on probation then that will be a problem. OSU recieved 3 years probation I believe, so anything in the 2006 to 2009 time period is in that time frame.
Well there is the fact that large quantities of OSU equipment like footballs, pads, etc went missing and nothing was done or noticed. Kind of hard to get around that one, college football programs taken inventory. Shoot even my flag football team in elementary school took inventory of equipment...
I don't know, a worse case scenario for OSU and the instate 2012 DE class just got a lot more possible today than it was yesterday. That would be
Washington- U of M
Pittman- MSU
Odenigbo- ND or Stanford
Wormley- U of M
McMullen- Nebraska
Strobel- U of M
Brown- U of...
As far as hard evidence goes the fact that a large amount of Ohio State gear went missing and nothing was done about it is pretty bad. College football teams take inventory period and they take it pretty seriously. I mean what was asked when Terrelle went to the Equipment Director Ron Lachey and...
I am not saying its right or wrong, but uh yes, yes they do. Like I said its one of the things you consent to let them do to be a scholarship athlete. However don't take my word for it, this is taken directly from Dan Wetzel's article on Yahoo.
I would assume that is not routine as well, however it should be during a thorough investigation into memorabilia for tattoo's, cash, etc that University was supposed to have done. I mean Terrelle was part of the originial 5 that they got from the DOJ that were named in the email right? How can...
The school has the ability look into their student athletes bank account records, its something you give up to be a scholarship athlete. So if that is true and its also true that OSU had this guy disassociated from the program then OSU is in deep deep [Mark May]. The plausible deniability that...
If they really are adamant about playing together doesn't that kind of rule them out as far as Ohio State goes? I guess I could see Wilson getting an offer, really like his film, but I just don't see it with Smith.
Farmington Hills Harrison's QB last year, Tommie Vento, is a preferred walkon to Michigan State. His younger brother Jake will be the QB in 2012. Harrison also has 2 other high end prospects this year in Mario Ojemudia and Devin Funchess. Neither look like they will be getting an offer from Ohio...
