In the past an email would be sent containing a presale code to use on ticketmaster. Email usually shows up 1-2 days previous to on sale date.

Tickets are mailed out 14-21 days in advance of the first game, so tickets hit the mail in the first or second week of August. Seating location is determined in July, I think. You will not be able to get your seating location, until your tickets arrive. Hope this helps!
