i agree that sayin looked uncomfortable. at some point it was clear that Day told him to get the f*ck out of the pocket if it's collapsing. he did better throwing on the run but that takes away a lot of options that he's had all year.
imagine sayin was double-pumping because he got paranoid...

100%... i was surprised he even agreed to play. i saw no sense in it, given his "going about things with a businesslike attitude" narrative.

day playing chess... you know that if the guy has time to think about and gameplan the "what if our comms give out" scenario, he would think through the playoff bracket scenarios when he's trying to decide how much to ante up in the BIG CCG.
i edited my post and added an example... i didn't see the chip on the shoulder that this team has been showing all year. maybe they burned it all up for tsun, but i don't think this team is that fragile.
i think he kept things simple because he didn't want to open things up for a game that didn't / doesn't mean anything. i don't think it's because of hartline. and i think he doesn't mind to have something to ride the guys about going into the CFP. i'm not saying he threw the game, but the series...
