Quick update: Codi has really thrived working out with the varsity Since January. He is really gaining muscle quickly, and has already grown to 6"2 and a half now since XMAS. He went from 260 dough boy to 253 while lifting, now is back up around 263 looking leaner and much stronger. I think he...
