Depends on how much of a leash he's on. If they want a win-now thing or to be anything more than .500 in year 3, they're incredibly unrealistic. If they are willing to give him enough time to build from within and give it 5 or 6 seasons, I think he could get it to the same plateau as Dantonio did.
